SSWC 08…Oh Snap!

The Hive and a few hundred of our sworn enemies closest friends made it out to the Single Speed World Championships in Napa this weekend. So what sort silliness went down you ask? Well.. see for yourself.

Despite the bad outfits and excessive body hair we all had a pretty good time. I spent my day running up hills in thick dust behind at least 100 other one speeders. Chris and Greg took care of business at the booth by feeding Irish car bombs to innocent spectators. The crowds were loud and obnoxious, just the they way they should be. When all was said and done Carl Decker took home the men’s honors and Rachel Lloyd the women’s.

HUGE thanks goes out to Curtis Inglis and the rest of the people that worked to make this event happen.

Oh, and SS Disc Hubs are on the way for those of you dumb enough to attempt Durango next year.
