Description
The Thru Chub’s precision machining ensures bearing bore and disc mounting surface alignment. The thin-walled, optimized carbon shell layup, mated with CNC machined flanges makes for one light and stiff Chub. 15mm and 20mm fork compatibility via swappable endcaps.

I changed my fork from a 20mm thru axle to a new 15mm thru axle model. Do I need to buy a new hub?
Not if you bought a Chub. You can use the same hub by swapping your 20mm endcaps for 15mm endcaps. Contact your local shop or give us a call. If you live outside the United States, have your shop call the distributor in your county. Our international distributor listing is here.

I need to replace the bearings for my Chub Thru Axle. What size bearings do I need to buy?
You'll need 6805 deep radial groove bearings. These can be purchased from The Hive or online from sites like McMaster-Carr. Please refer to the Chub Installation and Service Manual (link) for the proper bearing replacement procedure.
